Area Housing Statistics

The Bryan-College Station Regional Association of REALTORS® prides itself on being a resource for information.  

Area housing statistics are updated every month around the 15th. BCSRMLS Housing Reports are based on all residential listings input into the Bryan College Station Regional MLS. The Texas REALTORS® Housing Reports come from Texas REALTORS® and look at listings posted in MLSs across Texas. Please note that the BCSRMLS stats use Average Sale Price, and Texas REALTORS® stats use Median Sales Price. 

If any infographics are used commercially, we request that our information be provided with it as the source of information. Currently we do not post the previous month statistics, but these are available via email.
