Premier Affiliates – Registration begins December 6th, 2024

Become a Premier Affiliate and unlock exclusive perks to grow your reach and connect with REALTOR® members and their clients.

$750 - This includes the $400 State and Local Association Dues and the $350 upgrade fee.  

  • Logo listed in Affiliate flyer to be available to the REALTOR® membership for giving to their clients.
  • Featured in one membership newsletter
  • Opportunity to provide swag at six New Member Orientations
  • 2 tickets to attend 4 different Membership luncheons throughout the year – (option to purchase additional tickets or a reserved table).
  • Participate in one luncheon activity (i.e. registration desk, pledge or invocation)
  • Logo on BCSAOR Website banner with “click through” link to your company website
  • Premier Affiliate directory on BCSRAOR website with “click through” link to your company website.

Associate Affiliate

Please note: Inspectors are required to join as an Associate Affiliate member in order to be eligible for Supra access.

Winter Realtor Gala - January 17, 2025

THE REALTOR® event of the year where everyone is dressed up and ready to party! Realtors, Affiliates and their dates are invited to this fun event to mix, mingle and dance the night away!

  • $500 Table (unlimited)

Each sponsor gets a reserved table for 8.

Advocating for our industry and for private property rights is critical to our success as REALTORS. Support our trip to Austin (and come along) as we remind state legislators that we are important partners in the legislative process.

REALTOR®-Builder Spring Mixer - April 3, 2025
