$975 - This includes the $400 State and Local Association Dues and the $575 upgrade fee.  

• New member orientation – Premier affiliate video – invite new agents to luncheon, reserved table, Affiliate provided new agent gift in lieu of swag.
• Sponsorship for education classes included in dues.
• Video with all premier affiliates – will be shown at all classes and luncheons.
• BCS Logo showing support for the association.
• Featured in one membership newsletter
• 2 tickets to attend 5 different Membership luncheons throughout the year, (option to purchase additional tickets or a reserved table).
• Participate in one luncheon activity (i.e., registration desk, pledge, or invocation)

Associate Affiliate

• Name listed in Affiliate flyer to be available to the REALTOR® membership for giving to their clients.
• Associate Affiliate directory on BCSRAOR website with “click through” link to your company website.
• 1 ticket to attend 5 different Membership luncheons throughout the year - ability to purchase extra tickets.

Please note: Inspectors are required to join as an Associate Affiliate member in order to be eligible for Supra access.
