WELCOME!

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Bryan-College Station Regional Association of REALTORS®.  BCSRAOR is proud to serve more than 800 REALTORS® who provide real estate services in the Brazos Valley of Texas.  As a regional Association and Multiple Listing Service, it is our privilege to serve REALTORS® in Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Leon, Madison, and Robertson Counties.  We also serve REALTOR® members from many other Texas cities.

MISSION STATEMENT

It is the mission of the Bryan-College Station Regional Association of REALTORS® to adhere to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics; to encourage cooperation, member participation, and professionalism; to provide the education, programs, and services necessary to be a successful REALTOR®; to create legislative awareness and advocate for private property rights and equal housing opportunities; and to improve the quality of life in our communities.

INTERESTED IN JOINING US?

The following paragraphs summarize how you may join this Association and/or MLS.

For Primary Association REALTOR® membership: Your primary board would be with Bryan-College Station meaning you will pay NAR and TAR dues through our board each year. You may have only one primary board. If you are already a member of another board, see Secondary Membership.

  1. You must have an active real estate license and be sponsored by a broker that is a primary or secondary member of our board; OR
  2. Have an active broker license or appraisal license.
  3. All members must attend an Association New Member Orientation, or provide proof that they have taken one within 2 years. Upon joining, members will be given 2 opportunities to take this orientation (see dates below). 
  4. You are not required to join the MLS, but you must be a member of an Association in order to join the MLS.  If you are a Broker, you must be a member of the MLS if you sponsor agents that want to join the MLS.
    -  Note: All MLS members must attend a MLS New Member Orientation within 30 days of joining (See dates below or contact staff for an online option)

For Secondary Association membershipThis would allow you to have all local Association privileges and allow any licensees under your sponsorship to be able to join our board as a primary association member.

  1. You must currently hold primary membership with NAR, TAR, and another Local Association of REALTORS®.
  2. You must provide a letter of good standing from your Primary Board as proof of NAR, TAR and Primary local dues paid.
  3. You may join the MLS but you are not required to unless agents sponsored by you are planning to join. They will not be able to join the MLS unless you have done so.
    -  Note: All MLS members must attend a MLS New Member Orientation within 30 days of joining (See dates below or contact staff for an online option)

MLS Only MembershipThis would allow you to join only the MLS

  1. You must currently hold primary membership with NAR, TAR, and another Local Association of REALTORS®.
  2. You must provide with your application a letter of good standing from your Primary Board as proof of NAR and TAR dues paid.
  3. You must be sponsored by a broker that has MLS access; OR
  4. Be a Designated REALTOR® (with broker license or appraisal license).
  5. All members must attend a MLS New Member Orientation within 30 days of joining (See dates below or contact staff for an online option) - MLS orientation will be offered via Zoom every other Wednesday.  If you need to schedule separately, you can use our alternative online orientation option for $35.

MLS Only Membership: (you only want MLS access and have REALTOR® membership elsewhere)

MLS orientation will be offered via Zoom every other Wednesday.  If you need to schedule separately, you can use our alternative online orientation option for $35.

Please note that you can pay the education and application fee upon completing the online application but you will still need to call payment in for MLS dues, REALTOR dues, and Supra fees.

*May 2020 Assoc. New Member Orientation has been rescheduled for June 23rd.


Affiliate membership: (this is not for REALTORS®)

Affiliate membership is for anyone who’s business serves, is related to, or interested in the real estate market or community. Current affiliates include mortgage and title companies, movers, builders, inspectors, advertisers, etc…. Affiliate membership with B/CS includes membership with the State Association-Texas REALTORS(TR). Click here to view TR Affiliate benefits. To join as an affiliate member, simply complete the application below and mail or drop it off to our office with joining fees. Advantages to becoming an Affiliate Member with B/CS Regional Association of REALTORS.
