These self-guided tours take place every week on Tuesdays and are for BCSRMLS members only. We recommend following the alternating city or county for that week for maximum exposure, but this is not a requirement.

To view the properties on tour, go to the Tour Search in Matrix under the Search list. For the most up to date list., we recommend pulling the list Monday night or Tuesday morning. 

To add a property on tour, go to Add/Edit in Matrix, select the listing, and then select Tour on the list of changes. If you have any questions, please contact our office.
